Are your products original?
Yes. Every piece comes from official retailers and is checked before it ships. If anything is not original, we refund you in full.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery — you pay the driver when your order arrives. Whish Money is coming soon.
How long does delivery take?
Beirut is next business day; the rest of Lebanon takes 1–4 business days depending on the area. You see the exact date before you order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking link after you order, and you can look it up any time with your order number and phone number.
Do you restock colours?
Often, but not always the same ones. Tap "Notify me" on a sold-out colour and we will tell you when it is back.
