What we keep

When you order: your name, mobile number and delivery address, and — only if you give them — your email and notes for the driver. If you pay with Whish, the receipt you upload.

If you ask us to tell you when a colour is back: the number or email you leave. If you write a review: your name, your city and what you wrote, which we show on the website.

Why

Only to deliver your order, to message you about it on WhatsApp, and to email you updates if you left an email. We never sell your details, and we don’t send you advertising you didn’t ask for.

Who sees it

Us, and the driver who brings your parcel (your name, number and address). The services that run this website keep it for us: our website host and database, our email service and our file storage.

Your visit to the website

We count visits without knowing who you are, to see which pages are useful. We don’t use advertising cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser, not with us, until you order.

How long, and removing it

We keep orders as the shop’s records. You can ask us at any time to remove your details and we will, unless we must keep an order for our accounts.
